Wow. I don't know whether to conduct my choir or run for president. This is a brilliant stand - it's solid, stable, not too heavy, easy to put up and down, and I can put it almost horizontal so the singers can see my hands. Expensive but a professional product.

No longer am I regarded as the band idiot as I wrestle with my portable tin stand and its bent parts. The RAT stand is so easy to put up and adjust and is very portable; the carrying bag is big enough to hold a lot of music too. Hooray!

This stand is not expensive, seeing that I have gone through a minimum of 10 rickety metal folding stands (with the scars to prove it!). Excellent, sturdy, easy, and admired by all

Very happy with this - using it for conducting and it feels very sturdy to use but incredibly light to transport. Don't get it without the bag. Expensive, but nothing else like it on the market.

A sturdy and effective bit of kit. Although gigging is only my second job this looks and feels so slick. The operation is flip and lift, the clever telescopic sections do allow genuine "any height" adjustment and the forward and back on the base allow positioning in the tightest stage settings without annoying the neighbours.A wide rest for music with a second equally wide lower shelf fitting reed covers, pencils the adjacent bass guitarists plectrum and chewing gum(unused- he is a gentleman) complete the attributes. In the day jobwe say "if it feels right it probably is right" and this definitely feels right.

This seems expensive BUT it is a very versatile stand, very easy to use and very solid as a conductors stand or music stand. No knobs to tighten and folds flat.
All my friends want one!

i'm not even going to review this, it is such a superbly engineered product. lightest weight of any stand i've come across, one piece - i.e. no fiddling about jamming bits and pieces together, has its own bag (bought separately - they really should come together under one price), what else can i say? i think i spent most of the day it arrived admiring the damn thing; just buy it. fabulous investment.

Purchased primarily for my teaching studio where I need a flexible and stable piece of kit. With its neat, eye-pleasing design, and good build quality, the RAT fits the bill.

Excellent product -- compact, lightweight but sturdy. Bag comes with convenient shoulder strap leaving hands free. Unfolding does require a bit of effort though. Recommended.
