Really great instrument, I bought it as a present for my boyfriend who has played the guitar for many years and he loves it. Picked it up straight away and has been practising ever since!

A rrived on time. Took it out of the box very pleased with the way it looked lovely finish. I tuned it and it sounded good. Left it overnight, tried it the following morning and found that the strings were buzzing. On closer examination I found that the end of metal bracket attaching the fingerplate to the instrument was touching the body and vibrating when played. I considered sending it back, but I thought I would try and ease the bracket away from the body first and this did the trick. So I've decided to keep it. This apart, I'm happy with my purchase

Very nice little mandolin. Ideal for those of us learning a new instrument. Having played guitar for years, and more recently the ukelele, I wanted to get my teeth into a mandolin. Easy to tune, fun to play and a very pretty instrument with a good sound. Thank you

Very nice indeed. It stays in tune, looks good, well made and the sound is resonant and very loud. I can't imagine how a mandolin three times the price could be that much better. I'm very happy with it.
