Review: I ordered on Saturday, delivered Tuesday which is impressive. the euph has a nice tone with good valve movement. The only thing that stops it being perfect is the zips on the case are quite fragile and both broke very quickly if the zip is not fully opened before attempting to open the case. Review: This is an excellent trombone case and represents outstanding value for money. The case has a strong rigid shell, it is not a soft gig bag, and therefore gives very good protection for your trombone. It is very lightweight and the shoulder straps make it easy to carry. Review: Don't really know how many stars to give it. My only gripe with the bag Is that you can't fit a Yamaha silent brass mute in ANYWHERE. All the pockets are really snug. The only downside is it comes with a removable pocket/bag inside the main compartment but I have had to remove it to be able to fit my cornet in & to be able to close the zip around the main compartment. Review: Clearly not much thought went into designing this bag. My major gripe would be that it's not possible to use the backpack straps without using the round-the-waist strap also. It's not possible to fold the waist strap away, or to just pull it tight and leave it out...a good deal of strap would be left dangling. On the fusion website there is a video 'review' of the bag, made by some American hornplayer who clearly loves the bag and purports to be a cyclist (she is also surprised to find a pencil holder in the bag...nor can she be particularly observant if she's been using it for 3 years). Speaking as a cyclist myself, I find this highly unlikely as it is largely cumbersome and does not sit comfortably on your back. It also weighs considerably more than the weight given on the website...so much so that it was just as heavy as my hard horn case when fully laden. Review: I am amazed by this new range of mouthpieces. Like many players I have searched for the ideal mouthpiece to make playing easier and better and have been through many in my time and come back to some old ones as well. These are much lighter than one is used to but give great results in both lower and higher registers and are comfortable on the lips. An added advantage, given that many players have previous experience of Denis Wick mouthpieces, is that the numbering system is the same, making it easier to choose the right one.
