Review: The item was received in good time and in good order. No assembly instruction although it is straightforward to put together. The colour is spot on - dark mahogany, and the material/machining is reasonable. The lacquer finish is glossy in most places but some inward facing parts of the legs do not have enough lacquer and hence gloss. The moving parts work well and seem durable. Review: I bought the keyboard stand together with the extension , however found this is not compatible with the extension as the tubing is too wide to put the extension arms in. I wrote to customer services who were good about this and offered instructions at first before finding out the parts were not compatible. They also offered a refund if I returned one of the parts Stand or extension). However I did suggest that they make this clearer on their site that this is not compatible and was told they give the sizes in the specs, which I found a bit off putting as they had put in the extension that it wasn't compatible with another style of stand they were selling, so could make this clearer for this one. Review: I've purchased as a Christmas present so it's not been "tested in anger" yet. Stool looks very smart. Rather a lot of oil on the mechanism (it had leaked on to the wrapping)so I had to remove a little of it before gift-wrapping. I would have liked a brief instruction detail showing where the washer goes in relation to the screw when fixing the legs on so I've not put them on too tightly just yet and will rely on my brother-in-law to make sure they're correct. Review: I thought this was a pretty good stand at first - it does work well and is easy to adjust and it's sturdy etc, but after a couple of months use at a busy university music department, the plastic clamping lever split and the stand collapsed. Review: The keyboard stand is very sturdy and looks good. My Yamaha YPT 210 doesn't sit too happily on it though. If I had the stand at a different height, it would be fine but as it is the keyboard gets in the way of the place the securing straps need to go. Review: I was really impressed by how solid this piano stool is and it's really good value for the money. I got my girlfriend to guess how much I paid for it and she reckoned over £100. Wrong! It can be adjusted to go quite high which really suits my playing position. The first one I ordered arrived with a slight problem to the paint work next to the cushion. Review: This keyboard stand is very stable and versatile. -The height and width are easily adjustable and it remains very sturdy even at extreme settings. It looks good too. The bad points are that you need an allen key to remove the crossbar. Without the allen key, you are left with two particularly awkward shaped sections. I can't understand why Tiger didn't put thumb screw/wing nut style ends on those two bolts, as they did with the other 4 bolts on the stand. Even if the crossbar is left in place between gigs, it will need frequent tightening, so basically, don't lose the allen key! Review: While it's sturdy, so is the Quik-Lox X-style. I have been playing for 20 years and used the Quik-Lox until some of the plastic was breaking. I thought I'd try the Hercules Z-style. It does not set up or tear down anywhere as quickly as the quik-lox, which simply folds. Nor does it lie at all flat with the upper stand still attached. After 6 months with it it needs to be taken apart. The Quik-lox is fold-up and fold down in a minute. The Hercules is much more awkward and time consuming with several buttons and handles to turn. Review: Being double braced the stand is very sturdy it holds my 61 key controller very well, the only minor complaint about the stand is the second tier, I have them both at the same level but they are slighty off (not level). Having said that it is otherwise a very well made stand and for the price I don't think you could find better, so worth the extra couple of £'s over a single braced stand which mostly do not include a second tier which is very useful indeed. I use the second tier for a Novation Launchpad which is perfect for my needs, it could also house a laptop, second keyboard, synth, mixer, etc whatever you like really. No need to overtighten the holding nuts in the legs as all 4 tubes have small depressions in them that reduces the need to screw tight. Review: Many running experts think that running with shorter more frequent steps leads to better running posture and less injuries. A pace of 180 to 200 steps per minute is recommended, and the only way to keep to this step-rate would seem to be with some sort of pacer. This metronome fits and bill and is good value. I found my times for set distances began to improve from first use (I am very much an amateur runner, so don't think these times are impressive at all), and my injury prone leg began to feel better (too early to say if this style of running will sort it). The metronome keeps time with a tone - with three volume levels - and flashing LCDs. It also has a vibrate function, though I find this more noisy than the digital tone and it is not easy to distinguish the beats on this mode. I have a few concerns with this metronome. Firstly the buttons are very sensitive and it is easy to accidentally change the settings if you even brush against the unit. Also the clip is not that strong and I've knocked it off my shorts several times - I've found the best place for the unit is on my shirt collar at the back of my neck. The unit is not waterproof which may be a problem when it rains. If you use an MP3 player when running then there are various sites you can download free pacing tracks from (e.g. New Balance). Also I've just discovered a Casio watch - model STR-300C - that has a pacer tone, though I can't comment on it. Overall this is a good value unit for pacing your running. Review: This is a really well made bag ideal for those who have to transport their keyboard on bus, train or tram. The finish is stylish and very hard wearing and has well crafted stylish reflective beading for those out at night. It is built to be carried in the hand or on the back with super adjustable straps that make carrying easy. The inside has excellent adjustable blocks and compartments so that you can safely and snugly fit your particular keyboard though the general sizes given are very precise and give a good general fit. It also has document pockets for your music and space for leads and power supply etc. Not totally waterproof but would protect from light showers and the like. It is not a hard case and I wouldn't put my keyboard through aircraft baggage in it, but this is not what it is built for. An excellent well made good quality bag which will protect against general transportation knocks and bumps and which made carrying very easy. Review: This keyboard stand is perfect for my Yamaha Tyros 3 keyboard.I looked at Yamaha's expensive L7 stand but it's a fixed height.The Tiger z Deluxe is worth every penny giving the player plenty of leg room for foot pedals and is height adjustable without reducing the keyboard support width. My Tyros is very sturdy on this stand , the top support frame is wide enough for the Tyros plus at least 2" overhang which is ideal for hanging headphones off. My only slight dissapointment is it does not fold flat unless you remove two of the screws. If one of the folding legs was slightly narrower than the other the legs would fold totaly flat, which would be perfect. Review: I bought this because of the low price, but when it arrived I realised that it was MUCH better than any of the keyboard stands I've seen. My friends are jealous because they paid more than double what this cost me for their stands and their's are no where near as good. The stand arrives ready assembled. I had my keyboard on mine within 1 minute of taking it out of the box. It is very strong and is more than capable of handling most keyboards. The height adjustment mechanism is cleverly designed to be both strong and quick to change. Review: I now have two stand of this design. The Tiger is sturdy, and easy to adjust for different heights of play and widths of keyboard. I use it with my Roland stage piano and it manages the weight fine. Review: Great stand for the price - it functions as well as one which would cost twice as much. It is sturdy and I trust it completely to hold my keyboard, laptop, ipad, workstation and whatever else I need it to. However, it does have but two downfalls - the setup time (which is about 3-5 minutes, depending on how you want it) and the clamps which are used to secure the joints are prone to become slightly askew, which doesn't put the sturdyness of the stand and therefore the keyboard at risk, but does add about 2 minutes to the setup time (in making sure they close completely and are equal to the other). But beware if you have a 61key Keyboard it will not adjust low enough because on the bottom of your K board there will probably be a slot to take the bar of the stand and then you will be left seeking a very high stool. Review: Much more robust than my previous KB48 bag. My Roland KF90 digital piano fitted in perfectly and will hopefully be a lot safer. As the fusion bag is bulkier it is harder to carry with my very heavy piano inside. A handle at the top would have made it easier to utilise the wheels on the bottom of the bag. Review: Extremely easy to use with a simple but clear display & more than adequate volume for teaching in a small studio. Unlike some of it's competitors, you don't need to use your finger nails to operate tiny & flimsy buttons & the scroll tempo control is immediate, precise & as straight forward as it could possibly be. Review: Product great, the cam-lock seems very sturdy and top width 10cm smaller than bottom width (50cm) so can be used on smaller/wider keyboards. Review: Very good item. Sturdy, plenty of foot room for pedals. The pivot lock on the upper tier wasn't quite the easiest to use but I sussed it out with abit of wiggling around. Not quite as rigid as an X frame, but stable enough and adjusts just how I need it to be. Keyboards do stay put on the arms alright.
